using galaxy s 22 model which has been purchased from abudhabi(uae), past two days facing an issue like not able to use the disney plus hotstar it showing some pop up like service not available in your location. I am permanently moved to india and living in chennai. Hence do the needfull and solve the issue as my concern.

Try by changing your region in the settings as it's purchased from Dubai it's showing the region as uae.... try fixing that and then use the app .....

Thanks, but I am unable to change. Even I am unable to remove UAE mobile number which was registered last year.

Try service center and ask them to change ur phone version to Indian region

Dear customer support,
Today I have visited Run service Infocare private limited, Samsung authorised service centre, pursawakm, Chennai, India.
They made all attempts to change the country of origin, but they couldn't.
Do I need to carry this mobile to Abu Dhabi and unlock?
I am unable to install the important apps. I am unable to use mobile effectively.
Please do the needful.
