free wireless charger not recieved

i bought my s8+ aprrox 25 days and as soon as the free wireless charger coupon appeared ,i placed my order .it has been approx 24 days since but i havent recieved it yet .i went thought the track order section on the shop.samsung web site but no details regarding my order status would appear.
now my question is that is it normal and ill recieve it soon or ill just have to forget the whole thing???

Samsung is useless bro. you cannot track your free merchandise. even if you call customer care they won't be able to track your order. they will tell you to keep faith in them and package will reach you within 30 days. but if you order from eshop now after paying money it will reach within 8 working days. Shamesung has no shame
