fraud by Samsung india to a Indian customer

Viewers, I have ordered a galaxy watch 46mm on 21.03.2019 on samsung store. When I ordered the same, there was no delivery period or time limit. But, after confirmation of the order they have emailed a confirmation of the order. And mentioned that the same will be delivered within 45 to 60 business days. 
My objection is that, the item should be delivered within 10 business days after confirmation of the order. 
I have contacted to the customer care by email,  but they have no positive feedback. 
Therefore, it is regret to say that the company is a fraud with "UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ".

Any promotion offer they provide.. I have seen the delivery time is longer but it doesn't take that much time in reality
