how is the difference in in-ear sound quality after this kind of change in equilizer settings between samsung s8 plus vs samsung galaxy s7 edge ...... can anyone tell me ? is it too much noticeably different in experience

The sound output on S8 is better.
That 9 band equaliser on S8, you can get that on S7 too. I have it.
