edge lightining

will any one help in getting d edge lightning when the screen is off...setting seems to b fine..
any help??

place your phone upside down on bed and give it a ring from another phone. Is the edge lightning working?

does 3rd party apps support edge lightning when the screen is off??

I dont think so. However Samsung Music app supports it but being a Samsung app I can't say whether non-Samsung apps support it. Sorry.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please follow the steps below to turn on the edge lighting when screen if off.
Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Display >> Edge scree >> Edge lighting >> turn on.
Tap on Edge lighting >> Select as When screen is off.
