Worst comapny worst phone... had buy s20plus for 77000rs... always and always heating the phone while using on 120hz refresh rate. Total waste of money

Indian version doesn't have snapdragon chips and exynos is not too powerful so, that can be reason.
I've note 20 ultra and it doesn't heat at 120hz refresh rate because exynos is improving their processor and I've exynos 990 in my phone. In my opinion, exchange your phone and buy Note 20 Ultra. Note 20 ultra and s20 plus have same processor but, S20 plus is not optimized well.
note 20 ultra is optimized and it doesn't heat too much.

seriously speaking for me it doesn't heat up much. ya little worm it gets but not like unusable. I always use 120hz only while watching movies I keep it in WQHD

while playing pubg not able to easily play...in game many times joystick on left while using it suddenly the whole game screen gets upside down...whats the matter touch setting or what???

its all way of thinking I am using s20 plus has well as note 20 ultra I don't see any difference nither in speed nor in processor... ma s20 plus does not heat up i click so many pics I play games I watch movies.... plssss try to tweak you are phone or hard rest....if this doesn't make difference. try to contact service center and update you are firmware once again
