i didn't recieve any security update or android till now my last security patch is 1 october 2023 till now i didn't recieve any update from samsung

Seller is official Samaung or third party, if third party phone could be meant for some other country and selling in India, I also received s22 ultra security patch today and One ui 6 update in December

I bought my s22 from Australia and due to some unknown problem in Australian Samsung
I have neither received ONE UI 6 nor security patches of December and January
