I keep getting this error message and cannot use my phone.
'Customisation services keeps stopping'
It takes me back to the home screen every time. Can't even access apps when I swipe.

Please help.
Tried uploading a screen video but couldn't.

Hi Nash1nd,

Please press and hold on the volume down and power button simultaneously for 20 seconds. Once done, go to Settings, Apps, tap the 3 dots, select Show system apps, scroll to Customization service, tap Storage and select Clear cache and data.

Hi Nash1nd,

Are you able to go to Settings of the device? If not, you will need to take the device to the nearest Samsung service centre for a software reload.

Samsung service centres are closed due to the national lockdown. What you can try on your side is to backup your device and do a factory reset.
