customisation services error

I keep getting this error message and cannot use my phone.

'Customisation services keeps stopping'

It takes me back to the home screen every time. Can't even access apps when I swipe.

Please help.

Tried uploading a screen video but couldn't.

I've done a back up under the backup n restore under the settings.
would i need to back up photos and videos?

i have done a full back up to my pc.
how do i do a factory reset?

Kindly go to Settings, General management, Reset, then select Factory data reset.

A factory reset and a software reload I still have this issue. Thoughts on. Samsung 23 Ultra
