Getting shock while charging s24 ultra. What to do??

Go to service center as soon as possible

Check your switch board connection as well as earthing. Maybe that's a reason.

Thanks for the suggestion, i tried another samsung charger (15w), and it's working perfectly fine. Maybe the device is not supporting 45w charger.

There must be a problem in the adaptor.
Because adaptor should convert the AC into DC. But in his case it is failed to convert the AC into DC. That's why your tester lights up when you put it on your mobile phone.
