I have found lag while switching front and back camera after updating my S9+ with software android 10 and one UI 2 

If you encounter same problem comment below 

Note flip camera 3-4 time back and front

delay in switching front camera is more frequent after few turn

Lag is there even if we slide the modes from photo to live focus, night mode and all . If you slide it fast fast it will lag a lot and sometimes it gets stuck also.

in my case switching from rear to front camera lag and stuck for at least 5 sec or more
