camera not working

hi, my s7 phone camera is not working from last 2 days,when i open the camera it's showing recording button,camera button & gallery only but it's not working any button & screen is blank. any idea please help me

try to clear cache and data in app setting

i already did factory reset but the same display

try to shoot camera using 3rd party app like snapchat or instagram. if it is working then you need to reload the firmware or try it in safe mode

wipe cache . shut down the phone hold the volume up +home button +power button at the same time the phone will go into android recovery sustem from there select wipe cache partotion . u can scroll up or down through volume buttons and select usimg power button bcs touch dosent work in that mode
