Does samsung fixed call recording in wifi calling in the updates

nothing has to be fixed .... call recording is not for Wi-Fi calling this is the feature only

Then how come other brands mi vivo oppo oneplus records call in wifi calling. yes its a feature that other brands could do but Samsung couldn't

How can I enable WiFi calling feature,
earlier it was in Quick Launch but now it Disappeared.
