call delay s9 plus

when i click on call button/ swipe from left to right from contacts or even from call history,

the call screen takes 3-4 to come on screen .

well on oneplus devices and iphones it takes less than a second to do that ..

this is the most basic feature of a phone and samsung is making it worse.
