Exynos is Samsung's in-house processor & yes in US there is a contract between Samsung & Qualcomm that they cannot sell Exynos in US Market that's why Samsung sell the Snapdragon variant & if they want to sell it then they have to pay royalty to Qualcomm due to some patent. Not only in India even in UK Russia Australia everywhere except US Market Samsung sells there Exynos Variant & compare to iPhone Samsung is much cheaper. For Example:- Samsung S10 Indian Price is 56k (Including Offers) i.e. (800$) & US price is 899$ (63000Rs.)
iPhone Xs Max Indian Price is Rs. 1,10,000/- (1600$) where as US price is 1100$ (77000) So Don't worry enjoy the phone.
