I posted recently of my green line issue. i am Contacting the helpline for atleast 4 days frequently. They are talking like they dont care and we only have one option either to sell the phone with green line or pay 8750 for their screen. They are saying like they are replacing it with genuine parts.My question is , did the phone we bought came with cheap duplicate parts?do we have to pay extra for the original screen later like some demo subscrition plans?
shame on you samsung.fooling your customers.

You can visit the samsung authorized service centre and they'll get it repaired for you without charging anything. Samsung has a policy to replace green line issue phones within 3 years of the purchase, and mostly that's still valid. So you can visit the service centre and get it checked.

already did..they wont replace it. the policy ended on december 2024
