i have s7edge
5month old. the phone keeps freezing for the last 3 months. did factory reset 3 times. uodated the system and firmware and still same issue. when i talked to samsung representative he said ohh sorry we can not replace your phone. even though it has a factory issue. and when he asked me to take it to the service center he said it will take 3 days. i asked if i get a phone to use for these 3 days the answer was no. well you samsung are soo considerate to ur customers. we pay alot of money for ur products and then when we face a challenge we dont fins support. if u have an iphone u just go and replace ur phone as long as it still have warrenty. shameeeeee

so why in hell did you buy a samsuck? you already know the iPhone is superior in every way.
