anyone facing display black crush or dark crush

Actually from last few months I've noticed that I am facing some colour issues and dark crush or black crush whatever you call it what is basically when watching anything on the display it looks like 120p or crushed pixels in dark area of the screen,I can assure that the screen is perfectly ok and its a software issue...

I am on galaxy s9 plus one ui 2.1

Did any one got this issue fixed? I still have it on my note 10 plus. 

I tried clearing cache and factory reset but nothing worked.

Samsung nowadays very careless about users, just a small update need to fix this issue and they are sleeping like frog.
