Beta testing started for enrolled users in usa and uk only on November 9th. Once the testing is successful, it will be rolled out. You have to be in those countries to be eligible for the program by downloading the galaxy beta program app. It will not show in the playstore as per region unless maybe if u use vpn and trick the store to think that u are in us region.
