a huge probelm in samsung s9 plus. please check then buy the phone

I have been going mad over this problem.I am using the earphones provided along with Samsung Galaxy S9 plus.My problem is that I am able to hear music with my earphones but problem starts when I am in a call.During a call I am able to hear other persons voice through earphones but people on the other side are not able to hear me. Can some tell me what's wrong in my settings.

earphones mic is dead get it replaced at service center

try checking with other earphones if it does not work and device is less than 14 days get it replaced

Check your earphone mic if its not working and in warranty get it replaced for free at samsung care.
