Team can anyone help in getting rid of player overlay while watching youtube shorts.

Youtubers are suggesting to turn off accessibility menu.....which i am not able to find on my samsung device.

I had the same problem but had nothing to do with the accessibility of youtube which was already off , the way I fixed this glitch was to put the mobile for a second in deep power saving mode (the one which limits almost all apps) so, if the accessibility thing dosen't work for you try the power saving mode

Yes this works for normal youtube videos.....but player persist in case of shorts.

Note: Steps may vary as per the device model, OS/One UI version, and country.

Step1: Go to 'Settings'
Step2: Tap 'Apps'
Step3: Tap 'More options' (the three vertical dots)
Step4: Tap 'Special access'
Step5: Tap 'Appear on top'
Step6: Select the app(s) that use an overlay
Step7: Tap switch to disable the overlay permission.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).

Overlay was due to active voice mode.
