I watched a YouTube video explaining how to block YouTube ads using the Samsung Internet browser, and I followed the instructions, but I'm still seeing ads. Could you please help me with this? Additionally, I'm unable to use the mini-popup feature while watching YouTube in the Samsung Internet browser on my S23 Ultra.

There are a few reasons why you might still be seeing ads on YouTube even after enabling the ad blocker in the Samsung Internet browser:
* YouTube's Ad-Blocking Countermeasures: YouTube is constantly updating its platform to detect and circumvent ad blockers. This means that some ads might still slip through even with an ad blocker enabled.
* Ad Blocker Limitations: While Samsung Internet's built-in ad blocker can be effective, it might not be able to block all types of ads, especially those that are dynamically generated or embedded within the video content itself.
* Incorrect Ad Blocker Configuration: It's possible that the ad blocker might not be properly configured or enabled in your Samsung Internet browser. You might need to double-check the settings and ensure that the ad blocker is active and updated.
To troubleshoot the ad-blocking issue, try the following:
* Update the Ad Blocker: Make sure that the ad blocker in your Samsung Internet browser is up to date. Updates often include improvements in ad-blocking effectiveness and compatibility with the latest versions of YouTube.
* Clear Browser Cache and Data: Clearing the cache and data of the Samsung Internet browser can sometimes help resolve ad-blocking issues. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Internet > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
* Try a Different Ad Blocker: If the built-in ad blocker isn't working effectively, you can try installing a third-party ad blocker extension from the Samsung Internet browser's add-ons store. Some popular options include AdBlock Plus and uBlock Origin.
Regarding the mini-popup feature not working on YouTube, this could be due to several reasons:
* YouTube's Restrictions: YouTube might have implemented restrictions on the use of mini-popups to prevent users from circumventing ad blocks or other platform policies.
* Browser Compatibility: The mini-popup feature might not be fully compatible with YouTube's website or its embedded player within the Samsung Internet browser.
* Browser Updates: Recent updates to the Samsung Internet browser or YouTube's website might have introduced changes that affect the functionality of the mini-popup feature.
Unfortunately, there's no guaranteed solution to fix the mini-popup issue. You could try updating the Samsung Internet browser and clearing its cache and data, as mentioned earlier. If the problem persists, you might need to consider using a different browser or alternative methods for multitasking while watching YouTube videos.
I hope these suggestions help you resolve the ad-blocking and mini-popup issues you're experiencing.

To troubleshoot the ad-blocking issue:

Ad-Blocking Troubleshooting
1. *Verify ad blocker enablement*: Ensure the ad blocker is enabled in Samsung Internet (_Settings_ > _Advanced features_ > _Ad blockers_).
2. *Check content blockers*: Enable content blockers like uBlock Origin or AdGuard (_Settings_ > _Advanced features_ > _Content blockers_).
3. *Website exceptions*: Ensure YouTube isn't listed under website exceptions (_Settings_ > _Advanced features_ > _Ad blockers_ > _Exceptions_).
4. *Browser updates*: Ensure Samsung Internet is updated to the latest version.
5. *Clear browser cache*: Clearing the browser cache can resolve issues (_Settings_ > _Advanced features_ > _Clear browsing data_).

Mini-Popup Feature Troubleshooting
1. *Enable mini-popup*: Ensure the mini-popup feature is enabled (_Settings_ > _Advanced features_ > _Mini-popup_).
2. *YouTube compatibility*: The mini-popup feature might not work on YouTube due to compatibility issues. Try using an alternative browser or the YouTube app.
3. *Browser extensions*: Some browser extensions might interfere with the mini-popup feature. Try disabling extensions one by one to identify the culprit.

If issues persist, consider:

- Resetting browser settings to their default values (_Settings_ > _Advanced features_ > _Reset settings_).
- Contacting Samsung support for further assistance.
