Worst software Update

I was updat my samsung galaxy s10 lite through OTA, after that update my headphone not in work, i was contact with customer executive they asked me that headphone having issue, change the headphone, but in another device they worked very well. After that they suggest me 4 options, 1st is run device in safe mode for some few hour then it will work. But still problem same, 2nd update the software which is already updated, 3rd is take data backup and then reset my mobile, why? 4th is go to service center, again why? Problem is in your software update then why should i go for customer service center or why should i do device factory data reset, i don’t have time to do again my device customize. Please check the issue and resolve it.

for your point no 3 and 4, basically software should be updated through smart switch or Odin to avoid software glitches. why customer care representative asked you to do reset the mobile, it might solve your problem.

you should visit SC, I too had the same issue after updating USB headset firmware. I had to visit SC and they replaced the headset.
