Workout Trainer for Samsung by Skimble - Error in pre-fill of samsung accouny

I'm trying to register on workout trainer by skimble for Samsung to avail the 3 month pro subscription by pre-filling my samsung account details.
I have downloaded the app from samsung store and have not used it before.

on trying to register I get an error message that "Error connecting to samsung,please try later"
