Samsung actively engaged in One UI 8 development. Why is One UI 7 support still unavailable for the s24 series? This lack of timely updates and unmet promises is deeply disappointing. My ten years of loyalty to Samsung, encompassing seven or eight device purchases, will conclude with the S24 Ultra.
