One ui 7 still not update s24 ultra

Hi, i have s s24 ultra, and until this date I cant update to one ui 7 

I do wipe cash partion, but still not update

Any help please

Same here I got the update for galaxy 34 and the next day when I tried to date the last ONE UI 6.1 is showing the last update

If you had a US unlocked phone which CSC is XAA when you were here in UAE definitely you will not receive updates from One ui 7 whatever you do even using Smart switch on your PC
