Will indian sim works on US samsung phone

I don't think so..there have been similar issues with other users and I think I read it in manual that comes with phone as well that Indian Sim requires Indian phones...you should contact with customer service just in case

Not fully. You will face issues with 5G especially with Jio as it only supports devices purchased in India
