Aren't those (wifi & hotspot) the same thing?
You either tether through bluetooth or you tether through wifi. The latter is called creating a wifi Hotspot that is used to share your internet connection.

You mean sharing internet via wifi aka wifi hotspot, then yes...I've that device.
