Wifi and mobile data turing on at same time

I'm recently seeing that my mobile data and wifi is Turing on at same time in my s20+. 

Is this is a glicth or its fine.

CHECK INTELLIGENT WIFI OPTION

SETTINGS > CONNECTIONS > WIFI > ADVANCED >
IF ENABLED [ DISABLE] IT

THEN CHECK SAME HAPPENING AGAIN OR NOT ?
