Widevine L3 issues on my s23fe

Even though what ever i try it is still remains on l3 on my s23fe in netflix and i got the April security patch today even after that its still the same idk why google play services are up to date and have done uninstalling netflix abd install it back but the issue is still there any one please help me out

Use wireless adb (Wifi)

I am already on my home wifi

Then use wirless adb shell to reboot into recovery

Search up for online tutorials, or connect to any device which supports usb connection and use the Button combo to enter recovery.

I have wiped the cache partition but its still the same
