It seems that Samsung shifted to opengl drivers which are way outdated then Vulkan drivers on One UI 7.
Amazing thing is One UI 7 performs so much better on Vulkan drivers , rather then old opengl drivers then why Samsung using opengl drivers.
Just because people will not upgrade to S25 ??
Don't become Apple, Samsung!!!, kindly fix this in next update and shift back to Vulkan - which makes device smooth, fluid and lesser load and Heat on device, tested myself (thanks to android open source nature)
Why Samsung, it feels good to damage your own reputation??
Can't see how removing features and making battery backup worse and using old drivers then latest one makes products better and more efficient in any way.. wanted to upgrade to s25u but I think will skip the samsung products from now on.. till this device survives or get a green line on screen by update issues.. or make it slow and worse on purpose.
👏 yes bro after one ui 7 the battery and performance get worser on my s23 and so rollbacked to feb update which i felt very stable than march 2025 update now i realized that if i update my battery will drain quicker bcz the samsung plans to degrade for the purpose of s25 and thing after one ui 7 update s23 camer quality decreased spontaneously and i have test one ui 6.1 s23back camera vs s25 the camera is best in s23 when compared s25 degraded what a plan to make people buy samsung politics
Its so poor think from such a reputable company to use these cheap tactics to buy newer model.. rolling back is an option.. as updated make device worse on purpose to sell new launces, and that too with removed features and no changes at all on hardware level , while others are using solid state battery for bigger battery on-board we are maintaining 5000mah like its in bulk in samsung's store. Bad bad move and new series is flop too.. specially ultra , just AI won't help , we are paying for hardware too..
Yes bro these guys not letting us downgrade also by blowing fuse to hardware bootloader binary version since s23 binary is current 8 we can go back 7 or 6 if custom rom are used security will be less i personally like touchwiz 6 in terms of ui and battery optimization of s power planner and idle battery drain and software management
This will be my last Samsung, even Xiaomi and Vivo is better in every term , camera, battery, performance and even ui is same now as Samsung opted to copy Apple, trying to become Apple too
