Why samsung s20fe 5g didn't support 5g sim

I tired jio sim but I got only 4g and then I port jio to airtel it shows Handset doest support 5g what can I do ?

It's not possible if your phone has option for 5g network then it definitely support 5g sim and lso access 5g network

And if you use power saving mode then you need to change power saving setting and enable 5g network access

Besides checking all settings check whether your S20FE is 5G variant or not because it was launched in two different models. One S20FE and other S20FE 5G. If you have first model then you won't have 5G.
