Why samsung apps using microphone anonymously without permission?

I found that whenever someone is speaking or any sound is playing near my phone microphone is used by Samsung apps. Why?

I'm not using google. And if microphone would be used by Google then it says microphone is used by Google not by one ui or edge panel or anything else.
