Which Dailer You are currently Using???If you are using Samsung Dailer Then Follow the Steps to Record:-
Call Somebody→When The Person will Answer the Call Click on Three Dot top right corner→Click on Record Call.
You recording will be Saved.

To Enable it Follow:-
Click on Settings→Search Apps and Click on Apps→Search Phone App&Click on it→Click on Enable.I have Clipped the logo of the App.
