Why is Samsung taking 5 months for Android 15?

My friend's Oneplus 12 received Android 15 official update today which is already way too late. Samsung will release Android 15 during February 1st week which is almost 5 months after official Android 15 release. Why Samsung requires so much time? Isn't fair to move to stock skin if One UI is making timeline a stretched one? Why existing customers need to wait for Samsung to release S25?

It's most importent upgrade for one ui 7.0 then compare to normal anriod 15 update that is the reason it will taking this much of time

One UI 7.0 gonna be huge update from Samsung that's why it's taking time also Samsung have tradition to release their latest phone with latest update.
