Why can't I send the videos in whatsapp as document

Videos that are taken from samsung s24+

Go to file manager and change file type

The video is on mp4 format

Then try to send as document hope it works

If I send it as normal whatsapp video quality the file was sending the problem when I tried to send it as a document.

Bro.. change the camera video quality settings. Change Video format to H.264 most compatible in advance settings
