Why Samsung is so unprofessional and irresponsible?

I see many of the community members asking on Oneui 7 update, also and news spread out that One UI 7 is about to come out( with some dates)

Still no clear information from Samsung?!!

I think Samsung should never put their customers in dark. 🙄

Samsung never did put us in the dark, they said the release will begin on April 7th. They didnt say all devices will recieve the update of the 7th. Look i can't wait to get the update too but I'm not talking bad about them over that. Patience is a virtue.

Buddy not everyone think like you.it's good that you have good patience. Samsung was way too lateness then other smartphones look pixels was going to release android 16 and here we are not receiving android 15 at all.

Actually they kind of did say that the update will be rolling out globally April 7 starting with south korea excluding America , Canada and Malaysia. As of now it hasn't been rolled out in India, Europe, Asia and the middle East. With that being said samsung did kind of put us in dark

Do you know when do one ui7 will be available to our phones? Even the customer support is not able to provide a clear idea on which county which model and what date.!!

Google released Android 15 for their devices in 2024. Here we are still waiting. Despite paying hefty price for galaxy S24 ultra devices.
