WhtasApp Pop Up Option No Longer Active

On One UI 2 Android 10 Samsung S10 Plus 
worst update has stopped WhatsApp Pop Up message option which you could select from WhatsApp notification is no longer available 

Can you suggest a solution I am missing so many personal messages on what’s app which use to pop up for me to reply immediately

Android notification pop up option is worst 

How can I have WhatsApp to pop up message on screen 

Your help will be sincerely appreciated

Desperate to find a solution

You could enable smart popup view feature for WhatsApp available in Settings->Advanced features
