When will S21 receive its android 14 update ?

As samsung promised, galaxy s21 will get 4 years of android update , galaxy s21 5g should get android 14 . But it has been 4 months since google has released its android 14 . Still i don't get it. Can anyone provide some information on this topic?

Please reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. Go to setting and click on software update and update your's device. Thanks.
