When is UI 2 for S9 in UAE??

Everyone is talking about Android 10 n UI 2 update for S9 in Germany and US. We are waiting since months in UAE for this update.  When is it going to happen? I am waiting for this update to see on my S9 to upgrade my phone

you will recieve the update region wise. you will have to wait to recieve update for s9 in uae

We do apologize but due to foreseen issues during the development, the release of Android Q to S9 series in the Gulf region was moved on Feb 2020.

I am tired of this waiting.. why do u do this to ur committed users?? All chinese companies have updated to Android 10 many months back. Are u trying to sell more S10 products by delaying the update?

bro listen when the company is about to send update to a particular region and come up with some bug in the final stage the update will be delayed.
