Whatsapp dual not sharing and downloading multimedia

Im using whatsapp DUO for my second number. Since a few days, I cannot share or download various multimedia files on it. Error says "Sharing failed, please try again later" and "File doesn't exist or can't be opened". Ive tried reinstalling app but problem still pertains. Please resolve

not yet, I'm still having the same issue and I have all updates applied on my Samsung S21 5G... nothing yet

I'm having the same issue. "The download was unable to complete". All updates are in place. Have S21. Kindly provide a fix . Very annoying.

Just migrated from S10 to S21 just to discover I cannot restore backup. :(
I also tried to use whataspp duo without backup, but I cannot download or share any file. I tried via whataspp web and is working, so I assume application is causing this.  I'm feeling cheated considering I did an upgrade, so Samsung do something and make it count the money I spent for.

I have the same issue ... 

Cannot complete the database restoration from google drive in my second whatsapp... I am using S21 Ultra 5G ... It is no problem in the first whatsapp account...
