WhatsApp notification not comes when phone is locked

I facing some awkward issues after updated to Android 12 in my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Sometimes I haven't received WhatsApp notification when my phone is locked. Also WhatsApp calls are not coming sometime. This issue facing ONLY IN WHATSAPP, All other app's notification working fine. (This issue happens sometimes, it's not a permanent issue.)

I have already tried to reset notification settings & reinstall WhatsApp but not any luck. Also, I put this app into "Never put into sleep apps" in battery optimization but it not works.

It would be great if someone helps me to solve it !

Open WhatsApp. Click settings, scroll to notifications & change...

Also edit device priorities. App permissions, etc

What to do in App Permissions & Device priorities ? Can you please give more details ?

Click mobile settings. Go to notifications. Allow it. Also pls check whether WhatsApp settings notifications r rightly set.

But it only happens with WhatsApp. Other apps are working fine.

Hahaha.. 😂🤣 sorry buddy. Just now i saw. My own WhatsApp not notifying my messages... guess it's problem with WhatsApp.

I am also having the same issue. No notification sounds in what's app, and during video call, it gets disconnected with a msg pop due to microphone please restart the device
