WhatsApp dual apps media folder totally deleted after update

Hi Samsung,

I had encountered serious issue where my dual apps WhatsApp media folder went missing after update. I had tried to reinstall the dual apps account and the restoration from Google drive didn't work as well, it seems that the previous downloaded files had been totally deleted from the storage. Please help on this as I have very important data stored in the folder.

Hi, @Bearman283, dual WhatsApp app. have a problem samsung team and WhatsApp team together soonly thy will solve dual application issue. Mine time kindly download WHATSAPP BUSINESS application you will get back your missing data. Belive me.

Same problem before after August update they fix and i got separate whtasapp folder and also showing gallery
