WhatsApp Video Call Effects Missing on Samsung S25 – Bug or Setting Issue?

I recently installed WhatsApp on my Samsung S25, but I noticed that the Effects icon and background filters are missing during video calls. I've already checked and confirmed that the feature is enabled in privacy settings.

I also tried: 

• Force stopping the app
• Clearing cache and data
• Reinstalling WhatsApp.

Despite all this, the effects are still missing. However, when I installed WhatsApp on another phone, the effects were available and working fine.

Is this a known bug with the S25, or is there a specific setting I need to adjust? Would appreciate any insights or solutions!
