Hi, Security patches are developed to remove any kind of vulnerabilities, that might exist in an operating system, along with other small patches and bug fixes. It is always recommended to install them. Besides, Samsung might have made its own fixes or something that could've been internal. So, go ahead.
(Sometimes there are small features added along with these, to make the experience all the more sweeter😉. I can't guarantee though.)
