What is the max Wifi/ Internet speed Cap for S8plus

I would like to know the maximum speed for receiving internet either through wifi or through service provider on S8 Plus.
For an example if I have 2 Gegabytes internet connection for my wifi then would my Galaxy S8 Plus would provide the same speed on my mobile or like other devices it is only limited to operate at 50Mbps speed.

interms of speed through wifi s8 is the fastest phone of 2017 , you can check that

The WiFi modem in S8 plus is 802.11ac which is theoretically 7Gbps capable but in real conditions around 2Gbps is acheivable
