Weird lockscreen

Does anyone get this on their lockscreen ? This happens when I open the lockscreen while my phone is on charging and don't lock it back. After around 10 seconds this shows up but when I tap on screen it again shows the lockscreen. This doesn't happen when my phone is discharging. My Wallpaper Services and Always On Display both are turned off.  Any Solution ?

Backup data and hard reset. If you don't know how reset and setup, search it on YouTube ,"hard reset and your device model no.

Hard reset wasn't required. It was just that the screen saver was on. Anyways thank you for responding Arosh.

This is Screen Saver .
Go to
Settings->
Display->
Screen Saver->
Change it to None .
