Wallpaper changing on its own

Hey pls someone help me out in samsung s10 lite I am not able to change my wallpaper for both home screen and lockscreen each time I change it, it automatically goes back to a black smoke wallpaper.

But this only changes for lock screen na?

Once Reboot in a safemode and then try and observe

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Then try this method

First, power off the phone. Then, power on and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume Down key. If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen.

If other users step doesn't help then last option is RESET your device may be Some kind on any APK is installed on your phone that changes your wallpaper. Before reset do backup of your data.
