Hey all, mine is abarely one month old S24 ultra. Since a day or two, the volume up and down buttons are not working.
I ran the diagnostics and it says they are just fine. I've also checked that the buttons are not enabled for camera.
Also, if I keep the phone idle, the display doesn't go to sleep even after the set time limit.
No idea what's happening! ☹️

Check settings/accessibility/advance settings to see they are mapped to something else.

Diagnose the issue with the Samsung Members app :

First, you need to identify the cause of your device key malfunction. Check if your case or foreign debris is blocking the keys from being pressed.

If the hardware of your device is causing the issue, we recommend visiting our Support Centre.

Step 1. Open Samsung Members. If the app is not installed on your device, you can download it from the Galaxy Store.
Step 2. Select Get Help.
Step 3. Select View tests.
Step 4. Select Buttons and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 5. If an Action required message appears on screen, we recommend that you visit our service center.

Try resetting all settings to resolve the matter.
Step 1. Go to Settings, then General Management.
Step 2. Select Reset.
Step 3. Select Reset all settings.
Step 4. Tap Reset settings.
Step 5. Check the on-screen information and tap Reset.

If you Reset all settings, your data won’t be deleted.
