Volume becomes low after notification message and does not come back

While playing music or video, whenever I get a notification message,  the sound of video or music decreases and it stays even after notification is dismissed. It should have come back to the original sound. 

Let me know if anyone is facing the same issue

Just like that, too. Not until the next alert does the loudness reset to normal.
